DAVIES CELEBRATES COMPLETION OF NEW PARK SHELTER IN HORSLEY PARK

Tanya Davies MP, Member for Badgerys Creek, joined the General Manager of Fairfield City Council, Mr Bradley Cutts, to celebrate the completion of a new park shelter in Horsley Park Reserve, courtesy of $12,000 secured via Mrs Davies’ advocacy through the Local Small Commitment Allocation (LSCA) Program.

The additional shelter enhances the look and feel of the park and caters for events, picnics, regular park hirers and the wider community.

“I’m thrilled to have supported the investment into this new park shelter which provides comfort and shelter for our community as they enjoy Horsley Park Reserve with their families and friends.

This important piece of infrastructure complements all that Horsley Park Reserve has to offer and I encourage the community to check it out,” concluded Mrs Davies.

The successful funding of this initiative is one of a continuous number of local projects that Mrs Davies has supported and achieved.

Mrs Davies will continue to advocate and work towards securing further investment and positive outcomes for our community.
