Tanya Davies MP, Member for Badgerys Creek, joined the Oran Park Anglican College community for a Thanksgiving Service to celebrate the opening of their third senior school building, which features specialist music classrooms with music tutorial rooms, a keyboard lab, ensemble rehearsal spaces and mathematics classrooms.
The infrastructure includes a new amphitheatre with tiered seating and an undercover full-sized basketball court.
This infrastructure is courtesy of a $2 million investment by the former NSW Coalition Government in 2018/19 through the Future Education Infrastructure Program.
Mrs Davies stated, “I’m thrilled to have been part of the former Coalition Government that secured the investment and it was wonderful to see the smiles on the faces of the students as we celebrated the opening.”
“I’ll continue my advocacy to ensure our local students have the facilities and learning environment they deserve so that they can reach their full potential,” concluded Mrs Davies.
