Tanya Davies MP, Member for Badgerys Creek, has celebrated the completion of new aluminium seating and seat settings across Oran Park High School, courtesy of a $20,505 grant she secured through the Community Building Partnership Program.
This investment in approximately 120 new seats has created formalised open outdoor learning spaces and areas for students to gather and socialise outside of classroom activities. It supports their ability to connect with peers, collaborate informally, and enjoy their break times in safe and structured environments.
Mrs Davies recently visited the school to inspect the new seating.
“I’m delighted that this investment will support the learning and development of the students at Oran Park High School,” stated Mrs Davies.
The funding is among many important investments that Tanya Davies has secured for schools within the Badgerys Creek electorate.
Mrs Davies will continue to advocate for projects that support the education of our students.
